Intel SGX commercial License form is not working for the past one week

Hi Team,

I have informed about the Intel SGX commercial License form submission problem a week ago.

also raised a support ticket regarding the same issue, ticket id : 04633259

Still no response or any solution provided for the issue.

Please take look into this.
