Will/has Intel ditch/ditched SGX for Desktop?

Hi.

I read on many places that Intel 11th gen desktop CPU will not feature SGX IS anymore (see here) .

I quite understand that move, as I'm only aware of 2 or 3 desktop apps that use SGX (example: 1Password), but so far I found no official source confirming it.

Is there any official release from Intel making that clear?

Hello X99,

The information you found regarding SGX support in processors formerly known as Rocket Lake is true. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on future roadmaps.
