e-mails from Intel(R)'s forum are plain-text and contains HTML-entities

PS: I did not know which forum to select to report this bug. My apologies.

I have received e-mail regarding post in forum thread to which I am subscribed to be notified by e-mail.

E-mail I have received is plain-text, not HTML, and an apostrophe ( ' ) character in my post was sent to me as an HTML entity:

[bash]'[/bash](ampersand followed by hash, number 39 and a semicolon)

This is rather low-priority cosmetic bug.
