Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  When we added support for the new boards we missed updating the text on that page.  It has been updated now and the tools support Intel(R) Quark(TM) microcontroller D2000, Intel(R) Quark(TM) SE microcontroller C1000, and the Arduino* 101 now.
