Only Atom targets available in System Debug

In my System Studio install, version 2019 update 4 (release 42), I only see Atom targets available, no Xeon Skylake or Pentium targets.  When I installed, I only installed System Studio and it's dependencies.  Is there another dependency required to get these additional targets?  If so, which ones?  If not, any idea why these other targets are not listed?

I start System Studio in my Fedora Linux desktop, and in the workspace, I use the New Connection dropdown box in the toolbar.  From there, first I get this screen to create a new debug target:

When I click Next, I get the Select a target screen.  Here's where I'm seeing the smaller than expected list of targets:

Ah, that explains it.  Disappointing, but thank you for the clarification, and saving me more time from going down this path.
