I am using Intel System Studio gold 2019 and when trying to make a "New Connection" using a Intel SVT DCI DbC2/3 Debug Cable with the Up Squared (https://www.aaeon.com/en/p/iot-gateway-maker-boards-up-squared) (Apollo Lake) board and I get a "Failed to connect to target." error message.

Server responded with an error.

Reason:

IPC target error.

On the Connection configuration details , I have: type: "OpenIPC(1.1819.2921.100)" Path: "C:\Intel\OpenIPC_1819.2921.100\Bin"

The Error message:

11:33:12 [ERROR] Connection Manager: Status change: FAILED
Error: The selected target is not available
 Connection: Intel Atom Processors N4200_ N3350_ x7-E3950_ x5-39xx (Apollo Lake) (2)
Target: Intel Atom Processors N4200, N3350, x7-E3950, x5-39xx (Apollo Lake)
Connection Method: Intel(R) DCI USB 3.x Debug Class
