Account Password (Intel Developer Cloud)

Hi All,

I posted a question earlier about my password. I am unable to change the password or get the option to change my password here on my account. While logging into my account, I have to either send a code directly to my email or I am logged in automatically. I have also cleared the cache from the browser as well. Here are the details as requested from the previous post, sorry about the inconvenience caused due to late reply as I did not receive any email for community alerts:

 

Cloud Account ID: 353729748188

Important Data Stored: Yes

Incident Ever Happened: Yes

 

I will see If I can get the option to change my password now. I have attached screenshots for errors encountered while sending a direct message which does not make sense. @Elmer_Intel
