Can you pay with PayPal or OVO for virtual payments for Intel machines and can you use two accounts?

Intel Developer Cloud only accepts credit cards as payment methods. We do not yet support any online payments, such as PayPal or OVO.

To answer your second question, an Intel Developer Cloud account can be registered by one user using the same email address. If you're looking for a multi-user account, Intel Developer Cloud offers capabilities that allow teams to share services and infrastructure. This functionality streamlines communication, billing, and infrastructure management.

Multi-user accounts are only available to premium and enterprise account members. To get more information about multi-user accounts, you may refer to this link Multi-user Account.
