Cannot launch any training jupyter notebook

I want to learn courses provided in the tab "SOFTWARE/Training". But when I click on the "Launch JupyterLab" button, the pop-up new page reads these error messages:

Spawn failed: sbatch: error: Batch job submission failed: Unable to contact slurm controller (connect failure)

Retried several times, it repros constantly.

Hi 7mile, foxytoux and Elmir,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I have tested on my end, and everything appears to be working fine. I am able to launch JupyterLab's training without any issue at this moment:

Could you please sign out and sign in to the Intel® Developer Cloud Console again, and then try to relaunch to see if it works? We would also recommend you to use Incognito mode and clear your browser's browsing data (cache, cookies, etc.). Do let us know if these methods work.

Regards,

Nurul
