Cannot launch free jupyter training

Hi,

Tiber UI was recently changed with a option to connect to AI Accelerator:

Both options lead to the following error message:

Before the update, I was able to connect to GPU or launch a GPU/Gaudi2 training notebook.

Please kindly re-check the system settings.

Thanks.

Hi Viet-Duc,

Thank you for your patience.

Kindly send an email to itdc_training_requests@intel.com to request a cloud credit that needed for launching the Jupyter notebook.

Regards,

Dayang

This message came through

"For a better service, notebook usage now needs a cloud coupon and re-authentication. Request a coupon at itdc_training_requests@intel.com,"

I've asked for the coupon, just waiting on it!
