In the past several weeks I've been working on a project on the Intel Dev Cloud.
Since yesterday, when I try connecting the to server as I did dozens of times in the past, it no longer works and I'm unable to continue my work.
I connect through going to: https://console.cloud.intel.com/training
And clicking on "Launch JupyterLab" button in the top right of the page.
Instead of connecting, I get this error instead:
I was hoping the issue would be resolves on its own, but unfortunately, as of now, the problem still presists, and I cannot connect to the servers.
I've tried using different browsers, "anonymous mode", clearing cache, and even a different computer. Nothing worked.
What can I do to resolve this so I can continue my work?
My Cloud Account ID: 581654867422
My JupyterLab ID: u1ac0f5875ac3fb97b35b88ea34e5b24

Hi tensorisation,
For your information, your account activity was taking up the entire node's CPU and slowing down other users on the system. As this system is for training purposes and workshops, only one GPU is allocated per user. If your project is taking up the entire system resource, this account may be disabled. For now, we have enabled your account back, but kindly utilize our paid service for your project. Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
Luwe

@Luwe_Intel Hello, I am having the same issue for over a day, so I've decided to reach out as well, but decided to post in a thread with the same issue to not clog up the forum.
The JupyterHub says that it failed to spawn (see below):
As with the others, I have tried deleting browser cache, different browsers, waiting, and although the node number and port has differed, I have the same issue. My Account ID is 194946713960 and my JupyterLab ID is u9c9cc147b28acf2921858abd7882b6f . Thank you for your attention.
