Hi Aadib,
To gain access to Intel® Max Series GPU (PVC) on 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® processors - 1100 series (4x) (Batch Processing/Scheduled access), please follow the steps below:
- Ensure that you have generated an SSH key and also post the public key in the profile.
- Update the SSH config file if you are connecting from your company's Corporate Network.
- From the Instances tab, select the instance and Click 'Launch Instance'.
- If prompted, enter your company name and justification (16 characters minimum) and click 'Request Instance'.
- Agree on the Intel Developer Cloud Access Agreement. If instant approval is made, click the Copy icon next to 'Connection Info'.
- Launch a terminal and paste the command to connect to the Batch Server.
- After that, you can view the instance details in the view instance tab.
If you apply the instance before you post the SSH key in your profile, you need to terminate the instance and apply again after you post the SSH key in your profile.
You can find more information about Intel Developer Cloud Batch Access here. If you are still having issues, do share with us the error message or details on the error.

Hi Aadib,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you provide us with the full name of the instance you are trying to access?
On another note, if you have just requested access to a Bare Metal instance, the Intel Developer Cloud team will get back to you in 2-3 business days via email if your access is approved.
For more information, refer to the Intel Developer Cloud Getting Started page. Hope this helps.
Regards,
Megat
