Hi Intel Support Team, I am unable to use the expert mode in training and workshops (steps to reproduce is as below)
I have followed the instructions on how to upload key (ssh-keygen and upload public key to intel)
But when I click on launch using ssh
I paste ssh ue48b43ceedb88c5ff7132010adc1149@idcbetabatch.eglb.intel.com into powershell, cmd, git bash, I get permission denied (publickey)
PS C:\Users\Admin> ssh ue48b43ceedb88c5ff7132010adc1149@idcbetabatch.eglb.intel.com
ue48b43ceedb88c5ff7132010adc1149@idcbetabatch.eglb.intel.com: Permission denied (publickey).
PS C:\Users\Admin>
I can still access jupyternotebook version normally, except from ssh expert mode
Please help me as soon as possible.
Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Hiep,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue you are facing now is due to the SSH access for JupyterLab being disabled. Instead, we recommend you to access the environment by clicking the launch button in the Training and Workshops section. Once the server is launched, you can open a terminal from the launcher tab.
Regards,
Luwe
