I want to know why all my preview instance are all disappear?

May I know if you are requesting the preview instance using your corporate or company email address? At the same time, please provide us with the Intel® Tiber™ Developer Cloud Instance Details as below for further investigation:

 

Preview Instance type:

Region (us-region-1/us-region-2/us-region-3):

 

On the other hand, kindly provide us with a screenshot of your current month usage and cloud credits. Click your profile on the top right, then click the 'current month usage'. You may refer to the images attached below.

To prevent your preview instance request from disappearing, kindly use another company or corporate e-mail address from a more popular domain. Kindly be noted that the decision to approve or reject your preview instance request falls out of our control, and this is done purely by management. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

That is completely insane. I already try ten different email addresses. I just say use another company or corporate e-mail address from a more popular domain or personal email again and again.

 

Please do not say that again and give me the preview instance!!!

For your information, the preview instance is not available for users with personal email addresses. You need to use a company email to request the preview instance. Could you please share with us the other different company email addresses you have tried before for further investigation?
