Hi, When I try to launch GPU under ITAC notebooks, It always ends up given Server spawn failed.
I've tried multiple workarounds, launching from different browsers and clearing cache, but have no luck.
While, I'm able to launch AI Accelerator without any issues.
Can you please help here, also could this be due to me utilizing all the available space of 30GB?
Regards,
Rajashekar

Hi RajashekarK_Intel,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Could you please try sign out from your Intel® Tiber AI Cloud account and sign in again and see if the issue can be resolved?
If the issue persists, could you please share which Jupyter Notebook you are launching that will cause the error? Could you please share the event log with us to further investigate the issue?
Regards,
Wan

Still have no luck, It's is happening with every notebook which requires GPU, While the event log is not showing anything.
Also reiterating, could this be due to me utilizing all the available space of 30GB?

Hi nairaxoxo,
I have received an update from relevant team that you are able to launch the Jupyter Notebook from your end. I will proceed with closing this case. If you need additional information from Intel, please open a new thread as this thread will no longer be monitored.
