I am working on MLOps Professional for certification. By using the coupon I have a $250 cloud credit which expires on 1/7/2024. The problem is that when I try to create a compute instance , i get the fellow message.

Insufficient cloud credits

We‘re sorry, but you don‘t have an outstanding credit balance to complete this transaction.

Please ensure that you have sufficient credits or redeem a new coupon.

If you believe this is an error, please contact our support team for further assistance..

Hi asbrain,

For your info, you cannot reserve any instance if you are in a Standard account. The instance is only available for Premium and Enterprise only.

To upgrade your Intel® Developer Cloud account from a Standard to a Premium Service Tier, visit the Intel® Developer Cloud Overview page. Scroll down to the Service Tiers section, and click 'Subscribe' in the Premium tier category. Login using your email and password, then try to reserve the instance again. Let me know if the issue persists.

Hi

here are the instructions given at the start of the course.

  1. Go to Intel Developer Cloud: https://cloud.intel.com/

  2. Click Get Started

  3. Subscribe to “Standard” service tier and complete cloud registration.

  4. Select “Cloud Credits”

  5. Select “Redeem coupon”

I followed these steps and got $250.00.

now the error messages have changed

Hi asbrain,

Sorry for the delayed response. After the investigation, we found that your available credit is $0 and the credit expired on Jan 07, 2024. That is why you are unable to reserve an instance.

Regards,

Zulkifli
