Intel Dev Cloud xpu gpu not showing up in pytorch dispite me having a set of 4

Hello 

I am having an issue with my account using the free tutorials.  Even though I can see the GPU  and have the extensions installed, I am unable to access them.

Not sure if my environment is broken.  Is it possible to reset it from your side?
