I have tested on launching the JupyterLab notebooks of Intel® Tiber™ AI Cloud, and everything appears to be working fine:
Regarding this issue, we would suggest you to:
1. Access the Intel® Tiber™ AI Cloud page using a different browser or in an incognito window.
2. Clear the caches and cookies of the browser.
3. Sign out and sign in to your account again, and then try to relaunch the Jupyter Notebook.
If the issue persists, kindly provide us with your Cloud Account ID and the URL to your Jupyter Hub. Additionally, please let us know the country that you are currently connecting from.
