I have the same problem. Something must have happened to the queueing system.
$ qstat -q

Sorry for the crippled text alignment in the snippet. It seems that new batch jobs are not allowed to start and are simply piling up. New jupyter instances cannot get started for the same reason likely.

Which machine configuration is the best for GPU based AI workload ? There seems to be a huge list of available machines.

Hi amoghanshu,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please specify which Developer Cloud product you are encountering issues with. Is it Intel® Developer Cloud or Intel® Developer Cloud for the Edge?
I have tested on launching both JupyterLab trainings of Intel® Developer Cloud and Intel® Developer Cloud for the Edge, and everything appears to be working fine.
Intel® Developer Cloud JupyterLab:
Intel® Developer Cloud for the Edge JupyterLab:
Could you kindly sign out and sign in to your account again, and then try to relaunch the JupyterLab to see if it works? We would also recommend you to use Incognito mode and clear your browser's browsing data (cache, cookies, etc.).
Do let us know if these methods work.
Regards,
Luwe

Hi Luwe,
I had a problem with Intel Developer Cloud for oneAPI that looked exactly like the screenshot from amoghanshu. Anyways, the problem with this cloud is fixed now. The JupiterLab runs, and the queue is back to normal too. Thanks a lot!
Cheers,
Andris
