Hi,
I have access to an Intel preview instance, but I am unable to access it. I followed the "How to connect?" steps. I've also included a preview_key (intel_preview_rsa is my key, in case you see in the logs) in the instance.
From my terminal (WSL) I did the following:
But it asks for a password, which I don't have. I attached the log (-vv option) I obtained from the above command.

6. Can the IDC support team access the instance and perform the required operations to validate or fix an issue if needed?
