Login in Intel Developer Cloud instance

I am trying to ssh my instance following the instructions in the dev cloud however, it asked me for guess password.  

 

the issues is  like:

however no solution was mentioned.

The instance details can be found at https://console.cloud.intel.com/, in the Compute Instances section under My Instances. Click on your instance name in the "Instance Name" column to view instance type information. Please refer to the image below.

3. Is this your first time connecting to the instance?

4. Are you using corporate network (company/university WiFi) or non-corporate network (own/home WiFi)?

5. Is there any important data stored on the instance?

6. Can the IDC support team access the instance and perform the required operations to validate or fix an issue if needed?
