Not show Tiny Instance Option

i hear that intel Developer Cloud Give Free Tiny instance i hear this in this wedsite https://scheduler.cloud.intel.com/public/Intel_Developer_Cloud_Getting_Started.html
i did everything but there not showing any Tiny instance Please Help me

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We regret to inform you that we no longer provide Tiny Virtual Machine - 4th Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors in Intel® Developer Cloud Beta since the system is fully migrated to the Intel® Developer Cloud Console.

As a workaround, we recommend you to use batch service, which requires no payments:

1. From the console, select Training and Workshops.

2. Click on the button to launch JupyterLab.
