Could you please provide us with the following information for us to further troubleshoot this issue?

 

  1. Cloud Account ID:
  2. Account Tier (Standard/Premium/Enterprise):
  3. JupyterHub user ID (uXXXXXXXX):
  4. Screenshot of the error:

 

Additionally, we recommend clearing your browser cache and cookies, as well as switching between web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or using incognito mode.

 

Please have a try on it and let us know the outcome.
