Thank you for reaching out to us.
I have tested on my end, and everything appears to be working fine. I am able to receive the verification code on my phone and log in to the Intel® Tiber™ AI Cloud account via the website without any issues at this time.
We would recommend you to use Incognito mode and clear your browser's browsing data (cache, cookies, etc.).
Additionally, please try updating the phone number associated with your Intel® Tiber™ AI Cloud account by following these steps:
- Visit the My Intel Dashboard page.
- Click on your profile icon and select Profile, Programs, and Settings.
- Click on the edit Personal Profile icon, update your phone number, and then click Confirm.
After updating your phone number, please sign out and sign back into your Intel® Tiber™ AI Cloud account. Then, attempt to send the verification code to your updated phone number.
Please let us know if these steps resolve the issue.
