I was able to reproduce the error you encountered, which was caused by an incorrect email domain used for the secondary owner’s email.
To add another user, please ensure that the email domain for the secondary owner matches your company’s domain when filling out the email information in Intel Tiber AI Cloud (ITAC) Console. If you do not wish to add another user, you can leave that option blank when requesting the preview instance.
