[08/06/25, 18:44:53] Ankush Thakur: Dear Intel Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m currently experiencing a persistent issue when attempting to access the Intel® Tiber Developer Cloud console. Upon logging in, I am consistently met with the following error:

"Something went wrong – failed to fetch the token for ICP, received status 401 Unauthorized."

Details:
Account email:ankush.thakur1@ankushx.dedyn.io

Browser(s) tried: Brave, Chrome (including incognito mode)

Devices tested: [e.g., MacBook Pro, Android Phone, etc.]

Time of attempts: [mention approximate time and time zone, e.g., June 8, 2025, 6:00 PM IST]

Steps taken:

Tried multiple browsers

Tried incognito/private mode

Cleared cookies/cache

Attempted login via different network

Despite these efforts, the issue persists—even after creating a new account.

Could you please assist me in resolving this? I would appreciate any guidance or clarification regarding this error or potential issues on the platform's backend.

Looking forward to your support.

Warm regards,
Ankush Thakur

Hello Ankush,

I received your issue with token fetching. Currently, multiple users are facing this problem, so it may be a system issue. In order to process your case further, please provide your cloud ID (12 digit number) and ID or IP of the affected instance. Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

Hello Ankush,

I was able to find your Cloud ID under the given k4*** e-mail. I will pass the case to the business team then.

Hello Ankush,

could you try logging into Cloud Console again? I had a confirmation from another customer that the access has been restored and there's no more token fetching errors.
