My instance RAM (MEM) is occupied almost 70%, without sudo privileges
sudo sync && echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
sudo sh -c 'echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches'
I can't clear that from my end. So, please do the needful ASAP.
