Unable to clear RAM

My instance RAM (MEM) is occupied almost 70%, without sudo privileges

sudo sync && echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
sudo sh -c 'echo 1 >  /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches'

I can't clear that from my end. So, please do the needful ASAP.

(Click on the File tab, select Hub Control Panel, and your token ID will be shown at the top right of the window.)

4. Is there any important data stored on the instance? Yes/No

5. Can the IDC support team access the instance and perform the required operations to validate or fix an issue if needed? Yes/No
