Thank you for contacting Intel® Customer Support. Are you still facing the same issue? If yes, please verify if your mobile device is able to make outgoing or incoming calls. Also, please make sure that you are not connected to any VPN network while creating your account. This is to avoid any unnecessary signal disruptions.
