Hi catherin1,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

From my end, I'm currently able to access the Intel® Max Series GPU (PVC) on 4th Gen Intel® Xeon® processors - 1100 series (4x) (JupyterHub* Batch Processing/Scheduled access) and launch JupyterLab without issue:

Are you still facing issue with the JupyterHub Batch Processing instance at the moment? If so, do let us know so that we can investigate this issue further.

Hairul

Hi Hairul.

I've been facing exactly the same problem during yesterday workshop about CUDA-to-SYCL migrating. I've just tried to launch JupyterHub hoping that maybe currently the system isn't overloaded and would allow to go through, but I'm still receiving the same error (with a different server id, of course, than above). I thought that maybe the issue is on local machine, but changing browsers, deleting cookies (only from 'intel'), switching to incognito mode -- nothing has helped.

Thank you,

Dmitry

Hi Dmitry,

Please have a try by closing and relaunching the Jupyter instance and see if the issue is resolved.

If the error persists, please share the server error code (screenshot) with us so that we can investigate this issue further.

Regards,

Hairul
