Help connecting to or getting started on Intel® Tiber Developer Cloud

juptyer connection error

I tried to connect to jupyter through the devcloud API but I keep getting an internal 500 server error. I tried to clear my caches and cookies. Tried on different browsers. Even on different devices I'm unable to use juptyer. I went as far as creating a new account and I experience the same issues. This has been going on for me since last Thursday(June 6th).

On side-note it seems in apple devices the issue is much worse. As I can not even sign in to my account as the sign in bars dont even show up.

Hi DogsandCats,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please specify which Developer Cloud product you are encountering issues with. Is it Intel® Developer CloudIntel® Developer Cloud for the Edge, or Intel® Tiber™ Developer Cloud for oneAPI?

Best Regards,

Hi DogsandCats,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

For your information, I was able to launch the Intel® Developer Cloud Jupyter Lab and did not encounter any issues on my end.

To resolve the issue, we recommend the following methods:

  1. Launch the Intel® Developer Cloud page from another browser or in incognito mode.
  2. Clear the browser's browsing data (caches, cookies, etc.).
  3. Refresh the browser.

Could you please try again and let us know if the problem persists? If the problem still persists, kindly share with us screenshots of the error.

Regards,

Dayang
