Hi wan12,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I have tested the Essentials of SYCL training on Intel® Tiber™ AI Cloud Console, and it appears to be working fine on my end using Google Chrome browser.

I recommend trying the following methods when launching Jupyter Notebook training:

1. Sign out and sign in again to Intel® Tiber™ AI Cloud Console.

2. Clear the browser's browsing data (cache, cookies, etc).

3. Use Incognito mode.

4. Try a different browser.

Could you please try again and let us know if the problem persists?

Regards,

Faiz

Thanks for your reply!

I tried all of methods you provide. However, When I launch JupyterLab, the console appears 3 seconds and then shows page unresponsive. Any suggestions would be appreciate!

Hi wan12,

I'm glad you were able to launch the Essentials of SYCL training on Intel® Tiber™ AI Cloud Console.

Regarding the Page Unresponsive message you encountered, this issue may be caused by several factors, such as multiple open tabs, high resource usage or browser-related issues.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Close unnecessary tabs or notebooks to free up memory.

2. Check your system resource usage (CPU/RAM) to ensure your machine isn't overloaded.

3. Restart your browser and ensure it is updated to the latest version.

4. Try launching JupyterLab from a different browser.

5. Restart your PC.

Could you please try again and let us know if the problem persists?

Regards,

Faiz
