unable to submit jobs

When I try to submit jobs with qsub, or see the status with qstat, I get the following error

Unable to communicate with v-qsvr-1.aidevcloud(10.9.0.131)
Cannot connect to specified server host 'v-qsvr-1.aidevcloud'.
qsub: cannot connect to server v-qsvr-1.aidevcloud (errno=111) Connection refused

Thanks for reaching out to us.

For your information, the Qsub batch scheduler was supported in legacy DevCloud. It is no longer supported in the newer Intel® Developer Cloud cluster.

Instead, we are offering SLURM (same as qsub) in Intel® Developer Cloud. Various job schedulers are described here: Job Schedulers Support.
