Some of my images and videos are deleted when I open the app.
Path: Open the app -> A notice to update the app appeared > Update app -> After updating the app, all today(latest day) images and videos were deleted.
My devices:
Phone: Samsung S23FE
Laptop: Window 10
How to restore my data? It is very important to me.

Hello DuyDC,
Thank you for posting in the community. Currently, retrieving deleted files is not a feature of Intel Unison. To restore deleted photos and videos, please use the Recycle Bin in your Gallery app, as this functionality is not available in the Unison PC App
As such I will be closing this inquire, and if you need further assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Unfortunately, the deleted files do not exist in the Recycle Bin.
I see that this issue is similar to https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Unison-App/Delete-Photos-cancel-transfer/m-p/1618769/highlight/true#M623.

Hello DuyDC,
Thank you for your response. Referring back to your post, it appears you are using Windows 10. According to Intel Unison System Requirements, the only compatible OS is Windows 11 from the Microsoft Store. Typically, a prompt will prevent the installation of Intel Unison on a non-validated operating system.
Additionally, the update process only affects the Intel Unison App and should not impact the contents of your laptop/desktop or phone. To clarify, on the PC version, before deleting any files from your phone, the application will prompt you to authorize the deletion of photos and/or videos. A secondary prompt will also appear on your phone before any changes are made. Please note that the application on the PC can only view photos or SMS from the phone.
On the Android side, a prompt will be shown by the system before deleting any photo. Please be aware that the Android OS does not have a restore mechanism for deleted data. Lastly, can you tell me if the update happen on your PC or on your phone?
