Intel Unison Connection Lost

Error message 

Connection lost
Check that your PC is connected to the internet. on intel unison app. I am using hp envy 2 in 1 laptop running windows 11 pro Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 155U 2.10 GHz

Can you share some information by answering my inquiries to better understand your situation. 


1. What is the version of your Intel Unison App?

2. Does the issue happen after a driver update or Windows update? If driver update can you specify which driver did you update?

3. What is the exact model of your mobile phone? Also, can you share the operating system version of your mobile phone?


Also, to better understand your entire laptop system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* I am looking forward hearing from you.
