Notifications won`t load with iPhone

When I open the notifications tab in the app it is just a loading loop. I tried restarting both my Pc and my iPhone.

 

I`m running Windows 11 22H2 and IOS 16.3.1

Thank you for the report provided. 

 

I noticed that you don't meet the minimum requirements for the Intel® Unison™ app.  

 

For example, you need a laptop, notebook, or mobile device that supports the Intel® Evo™ platform, with a 13th generation processor or above (or some selected 12th Gen processors), and you have a Desktop PC with a 10th gen processor.

I am sorry to hear what is happening with your Intel® Unison™ app, I will gladly assist you here. 

 

  1. Your PC with Windows 11, is it running in Safe mode? 
  2. Does the same issue happen with another phone? 
  3. Was it working fine before? 
  4. Can you please provide us with a screenshot of your issue? 
  5. Run this utility and attach the report: 

Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. 

Note: Make sure to mark the box that says "everything" before pressing the Scan button. After that, click on "Next>" and select "Save" and then, attach the .txt file.

Hello,

 

 

1. No it is not running in Safe mode.

2. Unfortunately I can´t test this.

3. I haven´t used Intel Unsion before.

4. It´s just loading continuously
