Pairring issue

Hi,
I have downloaded and installed Intel Unison on my smartphone and desktop computer

The setup went well except for the setup of phone call management.
When I want to do it, I click on "Calls" then "Show me how to do it".
Everything goes well until the "Pairing" request.
When I click on "Pair", my phone does not display any special request, I see no error message on Unisson

SMS and Notifications work fine.

My phone is a Google Pixel 3 under Android 12 Build SPIA.210812.016.C2.
My USB headset is a Sennheiser SC60 for Lync (USB).
My desktop runs Windows 11 24H2
I am a french in France (in case of this matter).

Thank you for your help

Hi,

Thank you for your replies.
Please, excuse me for my english, I am a french guy (nobody is perfect )

Here are the informations you requested to me :

1. What is the brand and model of your desktop or motherboard?

-->    I have a home made desktop with an Asus PRIME B650-Plus motherboard, I put the specification of it in attchment.

2. What is the brand and model of your wireless controller?

-->   I have a generic usb wireless controler wich is not connected to my desktop, I prefer use wired connection

3. Did you enable your Bluetooth during this set up?

--> yes my bluetooth is enabled and I can manage both SMS and notification with Intel Unisson

4. If you have error, kindly provide some screenshots.

-->   Unfornutally, I don't have anything, nor in Unisson nor on My phone.

On Unisson, when I click on the Pair button, it just change to retry after few seconds of computing.
It seems tha my Desktop and my smartphone correctly see each other

I wonder on my phone, how to configure the bluetooth discovering delay (I think it is 120 seconds by default) but can't find anything on that on the internet.

Hello BraguDemon,

Thank you for the update.

Base on your reply, I think we have a problem with the wireless controller since it is required by the Unison App. Please refer to the link below:

Can you help generate the SSU logs of your system for me to further investigate? Please refer to the link below on how to get the logs:

Hello BraguDemon,

Thank you for the update.

Upon initial review of your SSU logs and I am also checking the specification of your motherboard.

I found out that indeed your motherboard does not have onboard wireless and Bluetooth controller embedded.

So let me check, before installing the wireless and Bluetooth controllers, have you tried to check with the motherboard manufacturer of the hardware that you are installing are validated and compatible?

They may have a list of validated controllers and if you are upgrading a controller, they may have some BIOS configuration needed for it to function properly.

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hello,

I have checked in BIOS and found nothing (perhaps I hav missed something).
Both my bluetooth or Wireless controlers work fine :

My phone is coupled with my desktop and I am now using my wifi adapter to be on internet

So if you could give me some clues for some BIOS configuration, I will be glad to test these.

Hello BraguDemon,

Thank you for the update.

Regarding your question about BIOS and BIOS settings, it is best that you contact the manufacturer of the board.

First, to check if they support or if the Wireless controller that you installed is compatible or validated.

If validated, you can now seek assistance form them on the BIOS settings or configuration.

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hello BraguDemon,

I hope you are having a good day.

I am sending another follow up hoping that you are now talking to the manufacturer of the board for the BIOS settings.

Since we have not heard back from you, I need to close this inquiry.

If you need further assistance, please post a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Thank you and have a great day.

Hi Michael,

Sorry for not replying…

I couldn't get any information from my motherboard manufacturer.

Actually, I'm at the same point.

I think my problem is that my phone (Pixel 3) doesn't have enough Bluetooth detection time, which prevents the app from contacting it.

If you have any ideas on how to extend it… I can't find how to do it in the settings.

I think you can close this thread and I sincerely thank you for your help.

Best regards,
