Not a DNS issue have verified.
This is a serious issue.
I need a user to be able to open the app on their laptop, as a guest
and not have to, at the start of a meeting , go configure an xml file
OR Set A DNS Suffix on a guests laptop we should not be touching a guest laptop this should be automatic..
in order just to allow them to connect to our server.
Intel take this on and fix this, there is no documentation that helps with this.

What is the Intel Unite® App version? the most current version I just installed it from your "SITE" Intel-Unite-Client-Application-Installer_6C0KT_WIN_18.104.22.168_A00
How are the devices connected (wired, wireless, or both)? BOTH
What is the server configuration? vm server, built to intel specs with more than adequate support
What is the laptop model? dell desktop Vostro 3905
What is the model of the device used as a hub? Optiflex 7050
Are you using Intel Unite® Small Business or Enterprise? enterprise
