Hi
A customer is trying to pair a new hub to its Unite Server, but the following error message is displayed
"Este sistema no tiene la subscripción necesaria para ejecutar la app Intel Unite"
They already have a lot of hub working. The difference is that the new hub is a different PC model. The PC is a Dell Optiplex 7090 with a i5-1145G7 processor
Server version is 4.2.34014.22
Other hubs are older PC´s with 7th gen of i5 core processors.
Could you please help me to find what is the problem?

I think I know what is the problem
It seems the PC is not the SKU validated for Intel Unite. I have heard now that SKU´s not validated can work as hub with the cloud server (I didn´t know that), so the hub is requesting a cloud subscription
In the past, when a SKU was not supported by Intel Unite hub, the error message was different, it said that the HW was not compatible or something like that.
It is the first time I see this new message, and that was what threw me off
