Hi All,

 

I have connected one of my friend's laptop (Dell Laptop) to Intel Unite but the display seems like not working.

 

We can just see the colorful screen instead of what she want to present to others.

 

Kindly do let me know if you guys have the solution for this issue.

Hello mainisaa, 

 

Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.

 

To better assist you, please provide the following information:

 

1. Intel Unite® app version. 

 

2. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) on the DELL* laptop and attach the report to this thread to check the system configuration (OS version, graphics driver version, etc.)

 

1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.

2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
