Got PIN Issue in enterprise

Hello Unite Team,

there is a issue in unite enterprise that when the HUB start got the PIN slow, and the Client got the host PIN slow also. Sometimes the PIN Automatically disappear

We have 2 servers in enterprise. and we have configurated the loadbalance on F5, We apply a virtual IP address for to server directing, and the DNS SRV is the virtual IP address.

please help me for the error.

BTW, the network is normal for internet or visit the web server

I will do further research on this matter in order to try to find a possible solution for this problem, as soon as I get any updates I will post all the details on this thread.
