Guidelines for network configuration

Hello

I have an issue, with Intel Unite. My Issue occurs when I trying to connect to my hub with a client on a wireless network. When I connects to the screen with proper ID. i got an error that says that "the connection can not be established". I have tested my hub is configured correctly as it works on a wired network and then I have tested it on a linksys router with Wifi here it works fine too.

The problem occurs only when I log on to our enterprice network with a Cisco WLC .. Are there any guidelines for how we should configure our Cisco WLC for Intel Unite tiil to work? must be enabled for multicast or something else
