Is there detail config I can set up for this feature checking?
The skype guide seems to be hard to understand how to config, cause there is no any detail example.

Thanks for your comment!
This case is just for production suggestion from engineering and testing point of view.
For S4B plugin dial out feature, that need to pay for phone call service support from S4B app itself(/microsoft), right?
Not sure if unite development team can provide any detail setting workflow or screenshots into user guide for reference, I think it will benefit for understanding.
For example:
1) Is there any setting in Skype for business app itself installed in client side or/and hub side? like adding phone number into Phones tab of settings, and enable phone audio to join skype meeting(it may be related to DialBackNumber setting)...
2) Is there any setting in CFCLyncPluginConfig.xml which is located in hub side? if yes, how to config? e.g. add dial back number like below or only need to set 'EnableDialer' to true(the guide show the default value is false but actually after hub skype plugin installation, the value is true at default, maybe guide needs update)?
+886 xxxxxxxxxxx
3) Once unite client connect to hub via pin, then click "Phone" and input numbers to dial, what's the expect result in hub side and phone recipient?
if at this time, another unite client connect to hub via pin, what's the expect result the client user can see?
And if S4B app user not support phone call which not buy such service, if set above setting about dial out and make dial, is there any prompt message can remind user without paid call service.

For the Dial - out capability to work, the Skype for Business account needs to have Enterprise Voice enabled.
To enable this you will need to contact your Skype for Business administrator, or
Enable this feature through the Office 365 control panel.
Note:
Ideally, the Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business account is the same.

This section describes the XML settings file which will help you customize your installation.

Answer a Skype for Business Call
When a Skype for Business user initiates an audio or video call with the
Hub running the Intel Unite application, users connected to the Intel Unite app will be able to answer the call.
When this happens, a message is displayed on the hub with the name of the person initiating the call. To accept the call, click on the plugin within the Intel Unite app and select Answer.
Within 5 seconds, the Skype for Business window should be full screen and in front
if at this time, another unite client connect to hub via pin, what's the expect result the client user can see?
Message will appear again.
And if S4B app user not support phone call which not buy such service, if set above setting about dial out and make dial, is there any prompt message can remind user without paid call service.

>>That would be great! Let's expect next update.
BTW, just want to double confirm one more thing:
Is "dial out" feature only available start from skype plugin v2.3.64.0?
We seems not see this feature in Skype plugin UI from v2.0.1.19 to v2.2.9.0, but the skype guide from v2.1 to v2.2 both have dial out feature description into it.

Just a little update:
for v2.2 plugin, the default dial out feature is disabled, need to enable it via "EnableDialer".
but for v2.3 plugin, the default dial out feature after installation is enabled, but the skype guide v2.3 still show "EnableDialer" default is "false".
