Hello GabrieleGhesla

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We would like to inform you that Intel Unite® solution Small Business (formerly known as Standalone mode) is not supported on Intel Unite® version 4.x.

Intel Unite® Small Business is only available for version 3.x. If you would like to deploy Small Business, you will need to stay on version 3.x. For more information please refer to the Small Business User Guide for the Intel Unite® app:

https://www.intel.com.tr/content/www/tr/tr/support/articles/000008493/software/software-applications...

Note:

Intel Unite® v3.x is a different platform than v4.x. The Intel Unite® app 4.x involves three components and all of them are required to deploy the solution:

  1. The server is used to distribute PINs, provide alerts, and so on.
  2. The collaboration hub connects to the conference room display and accepts incoming connections.
  3. The client systems can connect to collaboration hubs, or host peer-to-peer meetings.

For more information, please check the Intel Unite® app version 4.x Deployment Guide (PDF):

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/software/software-applications/Intel_Unite...

Additionally, if you are interested in deploying Intel Unite® version 4.x to take advantage of all its features without the need to own, manage, or maintain a PIN server, we have released the new Intel Unite® Cloud Service. With the new Intel Unite® Cloud Service, the managed PIN service is provided by Intel. For more details please check this link: Introducing Intel Unite® Cloud Service:
