What are the Intel Unite® versions installed on the server, HUB, and clients?
Was this environment working properly at some point? Was there any change in the environment prior to this error?
Can you attach the client's log file on the thread?

I am following up on the case, I would like to let you know that after completing more research on the case it is important to follow the update/installation steps recommended on the Intel Unite® app version 4.x Deployment Guide (https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/software/software-applications/Intel_Unite...) and make sure that you have completed the update of the .cab files.
