Hello VJACO
We have been looking into the issue/behavior that you are having. We would like to share with you that the error is related to Windows telling you that the group called “Users” is missing
Please try these steps on the system:
1) Right-click on My Computer and select Manage.
2) Open the Local Users and Group tree.
3) Open the Groups folder and search for a profile named Users. If not found, right-click on the Groups folder and select New Group. Type in Users (case sensitive) as the New Group name and select Create.
4) Open the Groups folder and search for a profile named Administrators. If not found, right-click on the Groups folder and select New Group. Type in Administrators (case sensitive) as the New Group name and select Create.
Once the steps have been completed try to install the Intel Unite® client on the system.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Leonardo C.

Hello Leonardo,
Thank you for your support the problem is fixed but it can't be updated by user who is not an IT specialist.
I tried several systems (new and an older version uninstalled)
My server, hub and client use 4.2.18036.

Hello Miguel,
It 's ok for me, I am able to add the user "User" but I can't ask to my users to do it.
Have you planned a patch in order to solve this problem?

Hello Wanner,
When I test with a win10 US it's ok.
So I think it's a problem when I use a french version of Win 10.
I put the files asked.

Valéry
