As requested I'm starting a new post for this problem.
After installing Unite v4 I'm unable to get to the admin page. I reached the admin login page and, after logging with the default credentials, I was re-directed to the page to provide a new password then received a 404 error after re-logging in with the new credentials.
I'm running Intel Unite v 4.0.991.43 on MS Server 2016 Standard with IIS 8 and IIS URL Rewrite 2.1

The connection uses https.
A remote session would be great.
