Intel Unite Doesn't Connect to the server it gives the error below any ideas


I have been trying to contact Intel Unite team and it has become a hopeless exercise. The Ticket number is 03793796.

I have also tried contacting Dell but they have asked me to contact Intel.

I am getting an error shown below please can someone have a look into this

The unite server version is - Intel Unite Build 4.0.991.43

The Hub version is - Intel Unite Build 4.0.991.43

The Hub is running in a Dell optiplex 7040
