Hi,
we are using Intel Unite Hub, installed on an Intel NUC. The NUC is configured with the IP-Address 172.20.15.100.
Clients, from the same VLAN, e.g. 172.20.15.XXX can use Intel Unite without any problems.
But we have also Clients, they have an IP-Address of another VLAN, e.g. 172.20.25.XXX or 172.20.20.XXX, and so on... They can't use Intel Unite, because the hub can't be found after entering the PIN.
Why isn't it possible to use Intel Unite Hub across different VLANs?
Is there a way to make it possible, without setting up Intel Unite Enterprise?
Thanks
SMa

SMa,
With the Standalone configuration, the hub and clients must be on the same subnet. This is not a problem if you move to the Enterprise configuration.
Thanks,
