Intel Unite client crash on startup After windows update 10.12.2018 (Solution and question)

Hi

 

We are wondering if its a problem that you have been made aware of and if so we are wondering if a fix for the problem is expected anytime soon for admin purposes of our users machines, added a description too the problem we met and how we solved it incase anyone is experiencing the same and too privode more insight.

 

 

Intel Unite have failed with error code and error log

Problems occured after a new GPU driver update for Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 with windows update.

 

 

Solution:

Roll back drivers for the Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 too previous version. testet and working.

 

Hope this helps if anyone else is experiencing the same problems.

I understand that you were experimenting issues with our Intel ® unite app. (crashes on startup) I am very glad that you were able to get the issue fixed by rolling the Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 bac to their previous version.
