In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

To attach a file, you must click •Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Hello _Mark_,

Thank you for our response. I really appreciate it.

In this case, can you please go ahead and uninstall our Intel Unite® app?

After that please go ahead and perform a BIOS Update by following any of these steps:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005636/mini-pcs.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005636/mini-pcs.html

It seems that the issue that you are experiencing might be related to the BIOS of your machine. Your current BIOS has the version 0026 while on the other hand the latest version is 0039.

However jumping from the version 0026 to 0039 is not fully recommendable, so please go ahead and jump from 0026 to 0031 and then from 0031 to 0039.

Here you will find the 0031 version:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27353/BIOS-Update-DNKBLi5v-86A- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27353/BIOS-Update-DNKBLi5v-86A-

After this one is installed please install the latest BIOS here:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27353/BIOS-Update-DNKBLi5v-86A- https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27353/BIOS-Update-DNKBLi5v-86A-

Once that your machine is up to date please reinstall again the Intel Unite® App and test it out.

Please perform the steps and monitor the results so you can let us know the outcome.

I hope this helps,

Diego S.
